In September, 1995, WanShishun Electronics Factory was established in Dongguan city, Guangdong province. It mainly produces Computer peripherals and USB cables.

In September ,2002, our Sales Department was set up in Room23C,202, fourth floor, No.2 Building, Huaqiang Electronics World .It sold all kinds of USB cable and computer peripherals to aboard as well as domestic buyer.

In October, 2003, our USBONLINE was established in 28B, Wing of B, Window of Modern. It is for the first time we regarded USBONLINE as our brand name to sell Computer Peripherals, USB Mouse, Cooler Pad and various Laptop Accessories to aboard. It gradually builds our company credit and reputation to aboard, from then on, more and more famous oversea companies get to know our USBONLINE.

In November, 2004, Kaiyun Electronics LTD Company was built in Daban Qilintou Industrial District, Dayu Village , Fumen Town , DongGuan City , Guangdong Province. It is a professional factory which mainly produces and processes Electronics products, USB cables, Ironware products and its peripherals.

In May, 2005, another factory which produces USB Mouse and USB products was set up in 5th Floor, 27Unit, Guong He Gong Ye Road, Xi Xiang Town, BaoAn district SHENZHEN City , China . This factory enriches the products we are selling, making us more confident in competing in the international electronics market.

In June, 2007, in order to improve the business cooperation with aboard, USBONLINE INT'L ELECTRONICS LIMITED was established.

In July, we became the high-grade member of Alilibaba as well as one of Global Source.

In October of the same year, we went to HongKong to attend the China Sourcing Fair. Our novel and various electronic products set an impressive impression to our foreign customers. Meanwhile, in order to xpand our market aboard ,we created another brandname "PC Ocean" beyond "USB ONLINE". and then started to set up our R&D team. Till the end of 2008, we had already developed dozens of Patent Products of our own.

Under the global financial crisis in the middle of year, we adapted our marketing strategies at once to help our clients and ourselves survive and develop in the changing international background.
